The loft is located in the area called Poble Nou. This area has changed a lot in a few years since has become the IT center of Barcelona near the sea. But for now it is a charming residential neighborhood located downtown, five minutes from the sea, near Vila Olimpica and Mar Bella, the best beach in Barcelona. Thanks to the pedestrian Rambla de Poble Nou lined with trees and cafes, the neighborhood became a very characteristic area and a friendly village. This is a great place from which to draw the local Catalan culture of a neighborhood while easily reaching the city center and the beach. Very close to the loft, there is "Los Pescadors|", one of the best seafood restaurants in Barcelona.
