The charming and bright main villa has a floor space of 300 m2 (one floor) with 2 double rooms with a bathroom and 1 master bedroom with kingsize bed, bathroom and walk-in closet. The living room is 100 m2 big with a fire place, a separate toilet and a spacious fully equipped kitchen. The second building of 150 m2 surface consists of 1 studio with a small kitchen and 2 beds, 1 double bedroom kingsize bed, 1 double bedroom, living/bedroom and bathroom/spa with sauna and a steam bath. Last but not least there also is a studio of 40m2 with a double bed, bathroom and a lovely terrace. This is a fantastic holiday place because the possibility of taking a beautiful walk through the vineyards and hills closeby. Also you have the possibility to enjoy the private, large swimming pool, the unique beach volleyball/badminton field, pool table, trampolin and table tennis table.
