Payment policy |
| In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent. For some properties, you must pay the balance before arrival. Please check the Balance Payment policy. |

In case of cancellation 30 days before the arrival date , 20% of the total rental price is non refundable. In case of cancellation less than 30 days upon arrival, the Reservation Deposit is non refundable
