Eixample is a safe and residential part of the city but there is also a vibrant nightlife and a thriving cafe culture. Eixample is a beautiful barrio to wander round, take in the glorious architecture and people-watch from one of the many cafe terraces. Paseo de Gracia is the main street in this area which is the hart of Barcelona. This is the most emblematic street in Barcelona within walking distance from Las Ramblas, Plaza de Catalunya and Diagonal Avenue. Nowadays Paseo de Gracia is famous for being home to the majority of Barcelona's Art Nouveau masterpieces, and a high-class residential and shopping area. Along this road are La Pedrera and Casa Batllo, two of Gaudis characteristically dreamlike buildings. Rambla de Catalunya is a another major street in the area Eixample and one of the city's trendiest streets, with many international fashion shops and lined with lime trees and caf terraces. It can be seen as an extension into the Eixample of the famous Las Ramblas. Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 72 hours before the arrival date: the amount of the first night is to be paid.
