Luxury Villas Barcelona : This high-end semi-detached house is located in the area of Sants-Montjuic, not far from the famous Montjuic hill. There are four complete bedrooms that can house up to 12 people. In the master bedroom you will find a comfortable king-size bed. In all the other three bedrooms you will have single beds. One of them has two single beds (on different levels, like a bunk bed), one more bedroom has three single beds, and the last one has five single beds. The single beds can be converted into double beds if you put them together. There are two complete bathrooms with a bathtub, shower faucet, sinks and toilet. The place has a high-end totally-equipped American kitchen where you will find all the utensils you might need. There is a hob, a microwave, fridge and freezer, a blender, a lobster pot, a coffee maker, a toaster, a grill, a dishwasher, an oven and many other appliances that you would like to have. There is also a breakfast table. The place is absolutely child-friendly. You will find here a lot of books for the youngest, toys and games. Upon request you can get a crib and a high chair. The villa comprises a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and design furniture. The dining room seats up to 16 people. Alternatively, you can make a barbecue in the garden and enjoy the Spanish sun near the pool in the lounge area. One more reason to rent this place is that it has 12 bycicles and a gym with four units that will help you to feel even better.

This charming house is located in Barcelona in the upcoming neighbourhood of Sants-Montjuic District. You will find a lot of places of attraction in the area. Here you have the Mies van der Rohe Pavilion, a key of the architecture of the XX century, where you find the famous Barcelon Chair. You can visit the exhibitions of CaixaForum, Montjuic and its huge parks. Go up to the first level of Montjuic in a funicular and spend a lovely day in the Joan Miro Museum or MNAC or get in a cable car to the upper level of Montjuic and visit the castle. Here you will have the Olympic Venues and the Museum dedicated to the Games. It s this district where you will have the beautiful Plaza Espanya with its famous Arenas moll and Joan Miro Park. Right next to the Square you will be able to watch the famous Magic Fountains Show. And having enjoyed the sightseeing of the City, have a deliсious dinner on the top of the Arenas Moll, contemplating the beautiful views of Barcelona.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 20% of the total rent in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent in cash. The security deposit must be left in cash upon arrival and will be given back to you upon departure, should no damages to the property occur.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than ONE month before arrival the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation less than ONE month before arrival, 40% of the total rent must be paid.
