Payment Policy
In order to book, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50% divided in two payments (20% and 30%). The rest is payable one (1) month before arrival for stays in low and mid season, and two (2) months before arrival for high and peak season.
Cancellation Policy
The reservation deposit is non refundable. For high and peak season, in case of cancellation less than two (2) months before arrival, no show or early departure, 100% of the rental price is non-refundable. Failing to pay the balance on time is considered to be a cancellation by the customer.
