Payment Policy
In order to book, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 40% in two steps. The rest is payable no later than 45 (forty five) days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
The reservation deposit is non refundable. In case of cancellation 45 days before arrival or less, 100% of the rent will be detained.
