This Costa Brava luxury home is a traditional farmhouse that has been renovated. It benefits from great outdoor areas including a tennis/fronton court, a paddle court, table tennis and real-grass football pitch. The property sits within walking distance to a small village with a cheese shop and within a short drive to the area capital, Bisbal d´ Emporda. The property consists of the main house and 2 annexe. It enjoys a big garden ideal for strolling. It features swings and a trampoline for children.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
The main house enjoys 8 bedrooms, all of them are en-suite. In addition, there is an attic room that is normally not on rent but can be used upon request for a group with a lot of children. It has 5 single beds and a small double bed (150 cm). It has a bathroom.

Bedroom 5: twin beds pushed together ( twin beds of 90 x 190 cm each), AC. The room is set on 2 levels. The upper level houses the bedroom and the bathrooms, the lower floor has a small sitting area.
Bedroom 6: twin beds of 90 x 190 cm each, AC. This room is smaller than the others, it is perfect for children as it is right by the master bedroom. A single bed for a child can be added upon request.
Bedroom 7: queen-size bed 160 x 190 cm, AC. The room sits in the house courtyard.
Bedroom 8: king-size bed of 180 x 200 cm, AC. The room sits in the house courtyard and is accesses by stars.
Living areas
The house features a hall, a reading room, a living room and 2 dining rooms. One of them is interior and has vaultedThe living room enjoys a TV and a sitting area. The house enjoys vault ceiling, while the other one is in the veranda. The kitchen is totally equipped and enjoys a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a hob, fridge freezer, kitchenware and tableware.
Annexes
Further on, there are 2 annexes sitting within about 50 m form the main house. They are not connected.
The 1st annex enjoys a sitting room with a fireplace downstairs and a bedroom with a bathroom upstairs. The bedroom features 2 beds of 105 x 200 cm each. The 2nd annex comes with a bedroom with twin beds of 90 x 200 cm each. Also, it has a bathroom.
Outdoors
The luxury villa rental Costa Brava enjoys several outdoor areas including a private swimming pool with a sunbathing area. In addition, there is a football pitch, a tennis, a paddle court, a kids area with a trampoline and swings. The house features an al-fresco dining area and a couple of terraces with tea tables. For weddings, there is a chapel available upon request (up to 40 people). There is a small home gym with a treadmill, some weights and an elliptical trainer.

We are in a charming Costa Brava province called Girona. If you expect it to be absolutely rural and not developed, full of farms and far from the civilization then you are completely wrong, because this part of Spain is to keep your eyes wide open and your mouth agape with all you can find here. Forget about your work, forget about the everyday routine, dip into your dreams. Be closer to art – travel to the fisher village of Cadaques, the shelter of Salvador Dali, Pablo Picasso and Federico Garcia Lorca. Feel the mystery and go to the ancient Besalu, and have a look at its famous Roman bridge. Touch the medieval architecture of Peratallada and breath the herbs smell being in the air during its Herb Festival. Go to Palafrugell and explore its narrow streets that have been fortified long ago. Visit the St. Martí's church built in the 11th century. Go to Llafranc, loved so much by Salvador Dali And Ernest Hemingway, and have a nice stroll along the sea. Visit one of the various museums and galleries. Go to the stunning secluded rocky coasts near Tamariu and Begur. Get into the crystal clear water, considered the purest of the region. Enjoy the marvellous views of the enormous vertical cliffs getting down into the sea and covered with pine trees. Don´t forget about the impressive Costa Brava monastery Sant Pere de Rodes, located en El Port de la Selva. Move on to L´Escala and visit its port full of small ships. Pass by Ampurias ruins. Be a sportsman and play golf and table-tennis, do snorkelling or deepsea fishing. Go horseriding or diving. Become a sommelier for some time and taste delicious wine, indulge yourself and go for gourmet food and do a lot of other things that you have always wanted but could´t find any time.

Daily Cleaning: A housekeeper takes care of the house on the weekdays (general cleaning of the common areas excluding kitchen and the dining area).
All taxes: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.
Rental fees: Gas, water, electricity and Internet are included.
