This Athens modern holiday house is situated in Kerameikos, upcoming central area of Athens within about 2 km from the Acropolis and the historic centre. Perfect both for families and groups of friends, the property boasts a private indoor heated plunge pool. Distributed over 320 m2, the vacation house has two floors and sleeps eight. The ground floor houses a spacious living room with a fireplace, a library and a TV, two bedrooms and a bathroom. one of the bedrooms enjoys two single beds, the other one has a queen-size bed. They share a bathroom with a shower. The floor benefits form a private patio with sun loungers perfect for morning or afternoon relaxation. The first floor is home to a kitchen with a dining area. The former one is fully equipped and enjoys a double fridge freezer, a coffee makes, a microwave, a hob, an oven, a kettle, cutlery, kitchenware and tableware. There is a breakfast table and plenty of countertops. The dining table seats up to eight people. The same floor houses the remaining sleeping facilities. There are two bedrooms with king-size beds. Both open on a terrace with a table and chairs that would be perfect for taking breakfast. The bedroom share a bathroom with a bathtub and a faucet accessible by passing over a metal bridge structure within the house. The entertainment facilites include a sound system, flat-screen TVs with international channels, wireless bluetooth speakers and WIFI access. For your comfort, there is a safe-box, an alarm system, AC and heating.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. The balance shall be paid no later than one (1) week before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non refundable. In case of cancellation less than one month before arrival, 100% of the rent shall be paid. In case of no show or an early departure, 100% of the total rent shall be paid.
