Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance. The Security Deposit of 2000 EUR shall be left upon arrival. It will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 15 nights before arrival or less, 100% of the rent is non-refundable.
