Overlooking the sea, the private holiday villa is situated within 600m from Agios Stefanos beach. The property comprises of the main house and three guest houses boasting wonderful sea views. The main building sleeps six in three bedrooms. All of them are outfitted with double beds. The master bedrooms benefits from a direct access to the garden. The second bedroom actually has two double beds- One of them is on the main floor, the other one is on the mezzanine. All the bedrooms enjoy AC and en-suite bathrooms with showers. The luxury villa on Mykonos features a totally equipped open-plan kitchen with a bar-table. The living area includes a sitting area with a satellite TV, surround-sound system, a DVD and AC. There is a guest toilet. Further sleeping facilities are located in the guest houses. All of them enjoy a double bed, a bathroom with a wc and a shower, AC and have direct access to the garden. The third guest house has a small kitchen. Outside, the holiday home on Mykonos features a garden, a covered dining area, a swimming pool and parking for four cars.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 55% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 40%. Two (2) months before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit (25% of the total rent). The Security Deposit will be wired back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 2 months before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 2 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
