Situated within 600m from the beach, this holiday home on Mykonos comprises of three buildings. There is the main house and three guest houses that would be perfect for a family or friends traveling together but looking for some privacy. The luxury villa on Mykonos sleeps 14 people. There are seven bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, four living rooms, three kitchens and two guest wc in total. The main house has four bedrooms and is distributed over two floors. All of them are fitted with double beds and enjoy AC, bathrooms with showers and balcony access. There is a living room and a kitchen with modern electric appliances and a bar table. All the guest houses enjoy double bedrooms and bathrooms with showers. Two of them have private kitchens and sitting rooms.Outside, the vacation home boasts a 95 sq.m swimming pool, a pergola-covered al-fresco dining area, a bar, a BBQ, a playground, a gym area, a bathroom with a wc and a shower. The luxury holiday villa benefits from WIFI, satellite TV, home cinema, indoor and outdoor surround sound system, AC and a parking space for 10 vehicles.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 55% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 40%. Two (2) months before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit (25% of the total rent). The Security Deposit will be wired back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 2 months before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 2 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
