They are on the first floor along with the living room divided into a sitting area, a dining area and a kitchen. The luxury house features flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a DVD-player, a minibar, AC, heating and WIFI. Its bathrooms are stocked with toiletries. For food lover, the kitchen has been totally equipped to satisfy the most demanding guests. Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be transferred back to you no later than 10 days after your departure, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
The reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case o cancellation more than 1 moth before arrival, only reservation deposit will be detained. In case of cancellation less than one month before arrival 100% of the rent will be detained.
