Description
The Mykonos holiday house is just 5 minutes´walk away from a sandy beach. Situated by the town, within a short walk from its center, the luxury rental has an easy access to restaurantes, bars, shops and art galleries. The villa sleeps up to 10 guests. There are five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The master bedroom enjoys a king-size bed, AC, a ceiling fan, a TV, safe box and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a rain shower. The second bedroom enjoys the same amenities but has neither TV nor a bathtub. The third bedroom has the same amenities as the second one, but has two single beds nad a TV. The fourth and fifth bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower and an entrance. One of them is fitted with a double bed and has a safe box and a TV, the other one has two single beds. Both have AC. The holiday rental on Mykonos enjoys a living area for 10 equipped with a TV, a DVD, satellite channels, a VCR, a radio, a phone, a PC, a printer and has WIFI access. The kitchen features an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a hob, a toaster, a food processor, a microwave, a deep fryer, a coffee maker, a coffee machine, a steamer, a rice cooker, a blender, a juicer, a dishwasher, a sandwich maker, kitchenware and tableware pieces. The laundry facilities include a washing machine and a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. The dining area seats up to 10 people. Outside, there is a private lightened swimming pool, a lounge area with outside speakers and a BBQ.

Mykonos Beach Villa is situated close to the beach of Megali Ammos set within a 10 minutes´walk down a hill. Within 1,5 km form the airport and 2,5 km from the port, the villa is perfectly set for an easy arrival. The nearest grocery store is Flora or Alpha Vita located within 10 minutes´drive form the villa. The nearest gym is within 15 minutes´ walk. Snorkeling, Scuba diving, windsurfing and kite boarding can be done on the beaches not far form the villa (Ftelia, Ornos).

Daily Cleaning: General daily cleaning is included. The beds are made daily, turndown service is offered at night. Staff is available from 07:30 am till 03:00 pm and from 06:00 pm till midnight.

Airport Transfer: Airport or Ferry pick-up and drop-off are included.
Bedlinen & Towels: Bedlinen and towels are changed every three days. Pool towels, beach towels, beach bags, beach umbrellas, cooler box and massage table are provided.
Private Chef: Available for breakfast and dinner for preparing dishes from an offered menu. Staff is available from 07:30 am till 03:00 pm and from 06:00 pm till midnight.
Check in/out policy
Check-in after 16:00.Check-out before 11:00.Changeover day is Saturday.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 53% of the total payment, divided into 23% and 30%. Three (3) months before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. A credit card via pay pal is accepted with a charge of 5%. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 3 months before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 3 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
