This holiday villa is within 350 m from Panormos beach, one of the best beaches of Mykonos. The rental boasts a private pool and wonderful sea views. There are five bedrooms that sleep ten in total. The master one is fitted with a king-size bed. It featured an en-suite bathroom and two private balconies. One more bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Further three bedrooms are outfitted with two single beds each. All of them can be pushed together to make double beds. One of the bedrooms benefits from an en-suite bathroom, the other two share one. The common areas include a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. The former boasts a wood-burning fireplace, a sitting area with a TV with satellite channels and a CD-DVD player. The kitchen is totally equipped for a carefree stay. It has a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a hob, an oven, kitchenware and tableware pieces among others. Outside, the luxury villa on Mykonos features a swimming pool, children´san al-fresco dining area with a pergola, a BBQ and a lounge area. Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 45% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 30%. The balance together with the security deposit shall be paid upon arrival. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
The reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case o cancellation less than 7 nights before arrival, 100% of the rent shall be paid. In case of no show or an early departure, 100% of the rent initially agreed on shall be paid.
