This floor features a bedroom fitted with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom and a balcony. Further sleeping facilties include a bedroom with twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The rooftop level houses a bedroom with a king-size bed an en-suite bathroom. It boasts wonderful sea views. The outdoor facilities include a pool area with sunbeds, a shaded lounge area with an al-fresco dining, a parking for two cars and a BBQ that can be used upon request in presence of a professional chef for security reasons.

Daily Cleaning: General daily cleaning for high and peak seasons is included. For middle and low seasons, cleaning is provied twice a week.

Final Cleaning

Changeover day is flexible.

Payment Policy

In order to book you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50% in two steps (15% and 35%). The rest together with the Security deposit is payable ONE (1) month before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Reservation deposit is non refundable. In case of cancellation less than one month before arrival, 100% of the rent will be retained.
