In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 65% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 50%. Two (2) months before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than two (2) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than two (2) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable shall the property is not rented by any other customer. Shall the property be re-rented fully or partially the balance minus 10% administrative fee will be returned.
