Holiday Rentals Florence : This apartment is located in the centre of Florence between the Arno, Santa Croce and Uffizi gallery on the first floor. It is a part of the Renaissance private palace built by Brunelleschi and once bough by Cosimo de´ Medici for Contessima de´Bardi. The building boasts spectacular Renaissance ironwork, big columns typical to the architect and Andrea della Robbia majolicas. It was mainly restored in 2012 and enjoys an English-speaking doorman and video entry system. A theatre and the meeting point of the Renaissance humanists, scientists, poets, artists and musicians, the luxury rental combines the best of the modern design and antiques. Among the pieces by Mies Van Der Rohe, Eames, Le Corbusier you will find a XVII century sofa and Medieval terracota statues. The apartment is distributed over 320 sq. over two levels. The lower level comprises of an entrance with a library, the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, two bedrooms with a sitting area and an ensuite shower room, double-height living area connecting the two bedrooms, guest toilet and laundry facilities. An extra bed can be added to the master bedroom. The mezzanine level has a living area and a dining room seating up to 10, a totally equipped kitchen, a cocktail and a coffee bar. Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
