The other building of this luxury vacation villa Porto Cervo has two double bedrooms with private bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area and a living area. Outside, there is an al-fresco dining area for eight and a BBQ. There is are six parking slots on the premises, three of them are covered. Laundry facilities include a washing machine and a dryer. There are international SKY channels, alarm, WIFI, iPod dock and AC.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 60% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 50%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you minus bank fees, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
