This luxury farmhouse has two floors. On the ground floor you will find a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a laundry with a washer and a dryer, and a totally-equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils and kitchenware. There is a dishwasher, a hob, a fridge and freezer, an ice-maker and various pans and pots. You can access to a nice terrace with pergola and large stone fireplace from living room and an outside dining area perfect for your delicious dinners al-fresco from dining room. One of the bedrooms is also located on the ground floor of this cozy Italian farmhouse. It s furnished with a highly comfortable double bed and has an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and a wardrobe. Adjacent to the house, there is a covered terrace with a barbecue area. Having got upstairs, you will find a two double berooms with an ensuite bathroom with a shower, the spacious master bedroom with a fireplace, a private balcony, a dressing room and an ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower, and a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom equipped with a bathtub. For your comfortable stay, there are several furnished areas outside the house, a heated pool (12 x 6 m), changing rooms and a barbecue area with a small fridge for drinks. The house is equipped with satellite TV, DVD and CD players, wifi, iPod station and a stereo system.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than two (2) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than two (2) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
