There is a living and dining rooms on the ground floor with fireplace, a beautiful kitchen with oven, microwave, American fridge with ice maker, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, hot pot, wok and fondue and a single bedroom that can be perfect for a nanny. There is also a gym with sauna and shower, a laundry and another bathroom. On the first floor you discover the master bedroom with terrace and en-suite bathroom with bath. If you go up one floor you will find one bedroom with double bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower shared by the two bedrooms and one more double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi. This luxurious property has a garden of two acres completely fenced with swimming pool (12m x 6) with anti-intrusion alarm system, a trial 3-hole golf course, archery with all the accessories, a shaded gazebo with sofas and chairs and a pergola with table for ten people where you can enjoy a great Italian dinner with your family and friends.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than two (2) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than two (2) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
