Luxury Villas Tuscany: This luxurious stone house is an independent farmhouse 18 sleeps composed by a main building and two annexes. On the ground floor there are four living rooms; two with fireplace. There is an access to a large patio surrounding the house and a dining room with an exit to the outdoor dining area with table and chairs. You will see a big double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and exit to the outside, a kitchen (divided in two rooms, one for cooking and the other where you can find the pantry and appliances) with oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, and all the equipment you need. The first floor is accessible by a double external stone staircase. The first staircase leads up to a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. The second one leads up to a living room with TV and fireplace and a double or twin room with wardrobe and bathroom with bath tub. In the two annexes, close to the main house, you’ll discover three double or twin rooms, all with private bathrooms, a loft sitting area with a bar, a kitchenette and a fitness facility. This exclusive villa has a private garden with a heated swimming pool (16m x 5m), an outdoor Jacuzzi, a barbecue and solar panels.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than two (2) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than two (2) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
