The tasteful period furniture, numerous frescoes and elegant lines of the architecture make this property one of the most exclusive residences in Europe. This fabulous holiday house benefits from its location: only couple kilometers away from Pisa, Florence and the Tuscan coast. Enjoy magnificent view which opens from an enviable panoramic position of the hills of Lucca. This historical villa sleeps 24 people. You will find a large lounge, a dining room, a big kitchen, a library with an Internet point, a TV room and a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the ground floor. There is a twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with bathroom with bath and shower on a mezzanine floor. If you go on the first floor you will find four bedrooms, one with bathroom with a hydro-massage bath, one with shower and two with bath. Those who play piano will discover a pleasant surprise waiting for them. If you continue to go up one floor, you’ll discover two double bedrooms, each with private bathroom and two twin bedroom with a shared external bathroom. You can access to a floodlit swimming pool (18m x 9m) directly from there. In the garden you have a large historical park and a tennis court.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of
50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month
before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security
Deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than two (2) month before the arrival date: the
reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than two (2)
month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not
refundable.
