This holiday villa on Crete is located between Elounda and Agios Nikolaos villages. A part of a vacation villa complex, the house enjoys five-star-hotel services and facilities. The complex is situated atop a hill, so to get to the villa, you can be brought in a golf cart. Distributed over 350 sq.m, this luxury rental comprises of four bedrooms, a living room with an open-plan kitchen and a dining area with a fireplace and a spa area with a gym, a sauna and a steam bath. Outside, there is a heated pool with two jacuzzis. Two bedrooms are fitted with king-size beds, the other two bedrooms enjoy twin beds. One of them has a walk-in dressing. All four come with en-suite marble bathrooms. They are equipped with jacuzzi bathtubs and showers. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a four-ring hob, an oven, a fridge freezer, a toaster, a dishwasher, a filter-coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave, kitchenware and tableware. The laundry facilities include a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The living area offers a 55´3D LED TV and an iPod docking station. The villa enjoys a private spa area and has access to the complex spa area with a gym, sauna, steam bath, outdoor Jacuzzi and a massage room. There is a bar, two restaurants, a beach club,a PC corner and kids´club. There are several properties of this type sharing the same features on rent in the complex. Daily Cleaning

All taxes

Rental fees: Electricity, water, Internet and pool heating for 25/03 - 02/06 and 30/09 - 04/11 is included. Heating for all other periods shall be pre-paid apart.

Concierge service

Breakfast: Buffet breakfast in the breakfast area is included. A breakfast can be served in a villa for additional charge.

Bedlinen & Towels: Bathobes and pool towels are provided.

Check in/out policy

Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 11:00.

Payment Policy

In order to book, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50% divided in two payments (20% and 30%). The rest is payable one (1) month before arrival for stays in low and mid season, and two (2) months before arrival for high and peak season. 

Cancellation Policy

The reservation deposit is non refundable. For high and peak season, in case of cancellation less than two (2) months before arrival, no show or early departure, 100% of the rental price is non-refundable. Failing to pay the balance on time is considered to be a cancellation by the customer.
