Payment Policy
In order to reserve a property you must pay the reservation deposit of 20% via credit card plus 30% via bank transfer (50% in total) in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent in cash.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation one month (1) before arrival or less, the first night shall be paid.
