Nowadays Paseo de Gracia is famous for being home to the majority of Barcelona s Art Nouveau masterpieces, and a high-class residential and shopping area. Along this road are La Pedrera and Casa Batllo, two of Gaudis characteristically dreamlike buildings. Rambla de Catalunya is a another major street in the area Eixample and one of the city s trendiest streets, with many international fashion shops and lined with lime trees and caf terraces. It can be seen as an extension into the Eixample of the famous Las Ramblas. In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 40% in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent in cash or by credit card. The safety deposit shall be blocked on the credit card upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation less than ONE month (1) before the arrival date: the total amount shall be paid.

The property is spacious however the kitchen is not well equiped and the swimming pool is not a swimming pool - it is a wading pool. This should be explained as it was the only reason for picking this property and paying a premium for it but it is almost just knee deep - hardly a pool.

The wi-fi signal is poor and needs to be better and the fridge on the rooftop needs sorting out! But we loved it and will probably be back next year.
