This luxury vacation rental in Barcelona enjoys 460 m2 distributed between five fully-equipped plants. It is located right within the city. Benefiting from the excellent finishings and high-end design, renovated to the highest standards of modern living, the property is completely automated and has an internal lift. It is equipped with all the dream amenities that will let you spend your time in comfort. There is a gym with sauna, a disco and a ground-floor motorized platform in the garage (for 3 cars). The ground floor comprises an entrance hall, a cloakroom, a lounge area, a totally-equipped kitchen and a garden with a barbecue area. On the first floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and a shower. The same floor houses another bedroom with an office area, a lounge and one more bedroom with a double bed. Further two bedrooms are located on the second floor. Both of them have en-suite bathrooms and double beds. The sixth bedroom is situated in the gym area. Upon request, two further single beds can be added to two of the bedrooms to house up to 14 people in total. One of them is individual, the other one is double. In the remote times there was an agricultural community, that became an industrial centre afterwards, but you will see that is has improved tremendously. Having developed rapidly, this area with its main street Carrer Gran de Sant Andreu, located around 20 minutes by subway from the city centre, now offers its guests nice parks and sightseeing points. This is the district where the upcoming modern areas sit side by side with the remaining unchanged ones. Visit the Neo-Gothic Church of Sant Andreu de Palomar that has been built on a plot where before had stood a Romanesque Church dated X century. Pass by the Sant Andreu Market and have a look at the Bac de Roda Bridge, also known as Calatrava Bridge, having gone through which you will arrive in Sant Martí district.

All taxes: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 2,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old (subject to changes).

Payment Policy
In order to reserve a property you must pay the reservation deposit of 20% via credit card plus 30% via bank transfer (50% in total) in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent in cash or by credit card.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation one month (1) before arrival or less, the first night shall be paid.
