Payment Policy
In order to reserve a property you must pay the reservation deposit of 15% via credit card plus 50% via bank transfer (65% of the rent in total) in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent in cash or by credit card. For non-refundable rates, 100% shall be paid upon reservation.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 72 hours or less before arrival 100% of the total rent shall be paid.
