Additional Information
All taxes: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.
Rental fees: Water, electricity and Internet are included. AC is NOT included and shall be paid before arrival at 50 EUR per week.

Check in/out policy
Check-in after 16:30 - 20:00.In case of a late arrival, please, contact us to get the instructions for how to get the keys.
Check-out before 10:00.Changeover day is Saturday.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance. The Security Deposit will be guaranteed with a credit card upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
