Recently built, this modern vacation villa in Costa Brava is located in a nice residential area not far from Palamos, Llafranc and Begur. Distributed over one level and benefiting from big windows, the holiday rental in Catalonia enjoys a lot of light and would be a good option for non-firm and elderly guests among others. The houses comprises of a living-dining area, a kitchen and four bedrooms. The living room enjoys a fireplace and a sitting area. There is a mezzanine housing a reading area. Adjacent to the room, there is a totally equipped kitchen separated by a sliding door. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a hob, a kettle, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, kitchenware and tableware pieces. The sleeping facilities include two dingle bedrooms and a double bedroom sharing a bathroom. Further on, there is a master bedroom with a private shower bathroom. All the bedrooms look outwards and enjoy direct access to the garden and the pool area. There is a guest WC. The entertainment facilities include a TV with local channels, a DVD, a table tennis and table games. Outside, the house boasts a private pool and a lounge area. There is a portable BBQ.

Additional Information
All taxes: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.
Rental fees: Gas, water, electricity are included. The house DOES NOT have WIFI. a MI-FI can be provided upon request fro a charge.
Concierge service
Final Cleaning: Final cleaning for stays over 6 nights is included. For shorter stays it shall be paid, 80 EUR per stay.
Check in/out policy
Check-in after 16:00.Check-out before 10:00.Changeover day is Friday.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 40%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
