You can enjoy your privacy disturbed only by the bird songs only being about 10-minutes car-drive from the best Costa Brava beaches: Aiguablava, Tamariu, Llafranc. The XIV-century luxury house for rent in Catalonia consists of two buildings. The three-floor main one sleeps up to 16 people. There are eight bedrooms-suites located on two upper floors. The master bedroom has picturesque vaulted ceilings painted by hand. There is a great king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage shower. The room has a private 100 m2 terrace. The second bedroom is brick-walled. Like the main one it has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third suite has a playing area and two bedrooms, one with two separate beds that can make a queen-size bed together and one with two bunk beds. There are reading and sitting rooms on the upper floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a reading room and a TV room. The dining room has a table for 20 people. There is also a totally-equipped modern kitchen and a utility room. The other four main-house bedrooms have double beds with en-suite bathrooms with shower, two of which are designed in noble marble and wood. One of the bedrooms has a 30 m2 private terrace. The additional house has two perfectly furnished bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed. Both have en-suite bathrooms. Th house has its own well-equipped kitchen and a sitting room. You can spend marvelous time outside the villa in one of the many chill-out areas. Have barbecue prepared right there in the outside dining area, take sun on the sun beds terrace or take a dip into the infinity swimming pool next to which there are changing rooms with a WC. The house has a covered parking near the entrance. If you feel too tired of the city routine, relax in the private spa, the treasure of the villa. Situated on the ground floor, it offers you the right ambience for relaxation with its deep terracota ceilings and stone walls. The spa has a heated indoor pool with hydromassage jets and salt-electrolysis system and a Finnish sauna. Be closer to art and travel to the fishing village of Cadaques, the shelter of Salvador Dali, Pablo Picasso and Federico Garcia Lorca. Feel the mystery and go to the ancient Besalu to take a look at its famous Roman bridge. Touch the medieval architecture of Peratallada. Breathe the scent of herbs in the air during its Herb Festival.
Further on, go to Llafranc loved so much by Salvador Dali And Ernest Hemingway. Have a nice stroll along the sea there. Visit one of the various museums and galleries. Go to the stunning secluded rocky coasts near Tamariu and Begur. Get into the crystal clear water considered the purest of the region. Enjoy the marvellous views of the enormous vertical cliffs getting down into the sea and covered with pine trees.
Do not forget about the impressive Costa Brava monastery Sant Pere de Rodes in El Port de la Selva. Move on to L´Escala and visit its port full of small ships. All the while, pass by Ampurias ruins. Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. Two (2) months before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 2 (two) months before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 2 (two) months before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
