Luxury Villas Ibiza : This design house is located in Santa Eulalia, one of the most privileged areas of Ibiza, within 10 minutes´ drive to the beaches of Cala Conta, Tarida and Bassa. Making you believe you are in an oasis, the luxury villa is surrounded by a L-shaped pool and a tropical garden. The house sleeps up to four people. Perfect for two couples, the villa consists of the main house and a loft. The main house features a bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. In addition, there is a spacious living room with bay windows overlooking the pool, a dining room with a table for six and a totally equipped kitchen. The latter is fitted with all the up-to-date appliances you might need. There is a fridge and a freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave and a complete set of tableware and kitchenware. The loft houses the other bedroom fitted with a king-size bed and a bathroom with a shower. The loft enjoys a living area. The outside area boasts various furnished terraces and chill-out areas, a swimming pool of 10 x 3,5 m, a Jacuzzi of 2 x 2 m. One of the terraces is covered and features a lounge area with a king-size bed and an al-fresco dining area for eight. The luxury house is equipped with AC, Internet, TV with international channels, a safe box and an alarm system.

All taxes: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 0,75-1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 55% in advance. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation more than one month before arrival, the reservation deposit is not refundable. In case of cancellation one month before arrival or less, 100% of the rent will be retained as a penalty.
