In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 20% in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent and the security deposit either in cash or by credit card. The security deposit will be returned to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation more than 24 hours before arrival, the balance paid is refundable. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before arrival, the first night shall be paid.
