The master bedroom features king-size bed, a fireplace, big balcony, a double bathroom with round bath and toilet. The modern and very comfortable river apartment can accommodate four people. It is situated on the lower level of the villa. This apartment comprises a spacious living/studio with double bed, an open kitchen, a stylish spacious dining area and a seating area.There is also a big double master bedroom and two very luxurious bathrooms. The guesthouse is fully self contained and houses four sleeps. There yuo can experience a stylish living with fireplace, an open-plan kitchen with a high dining buffet and four high chairs. Go outside to enjoy the sun through big sliding doors and sit in a beautiful terrace with outdoor dining and bbq. It oofers a nice view over the orchard with fruit and avocado trees and the sprawling lush flowery garden. Additionaly there is a parkingspot near the guesthouse. You will be charmed by magnificent garden, that has many authentic details like an old ruin which was converted into a fitness, old baking ovens and a rock formations from ancient buildings. 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month
before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the
reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than one (1)
month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not
refundable.
