Description

This 3-acre estate sits at the foothills of the Sierra Bermeja Natural Park, offering unique landscapes and biodiversity. The home is just within an easy drive to Estepona town enjoying a wide range or shops, cafes, restaurants,  and the beaches. The home sits within a short drive to the village of Casares providing some first need facilities. The house comprises of 3 units: the main house, the apartment and the guest house. The guests can chose between taking just the main house or the main house and the apartment or the whole estate.
The home has 10 bedrooms in total and caters to 20 people.
Both pools are equipped with solar heaters that maintain a temperature of 24-28C from may to September. The indoor pool also features an electric heater that can be added from October to April with a fee.
Other entertainment facilities include a sauna, a Jacuzzi and a fitness room. There are pool floats and games, trampoline and swings for kids.
The house enjoys 500 Mpbs fiberoptic Internet.


Main House
This unit covers around 450 m2, it enjoys 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a guest WC. There is a living room, a formal dining area and a kitchen. There is AC and heating in all the bedrooms. All the bedrooms can be split into twins with a surcharge. Please, enquire.
Bedroom 1:  upper floor, 30 m2, king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a spa tub, separate WC, private balcony.
Bedroom 2: 26 m2, queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower, separate WC.
Bedroom 3: 26 m2, queen-size bed, en-suite sink and shower (the guests can use guest WC or the shared WC of bedrooms 4 and 5), private terrace.
Bedroom 4: east wing, 14 m2, queen-size bed, bathroom share with bedroom 5, private terrace.
Bedroom 5: east wing, 17 m2, king-size bed, bathroom shared with bedroom 4, private terrace.
Bedroom 6: east wing, 17 m2, queen-size bed, en-suite bath, private courtyard.


Apartment
This unit has 2 bedrooms and enjoys its own kitchen, open-plan living/dining room and laundry. The area has a separate entrance or can be accessed form inside the main house. All the bedrooms have AC and heating.
Bedroom 7: 40 m2, queen-size bed, studio with kitchen and living room, private bath, private terrace.
Bedroom 8: 27 m2, king-size bed, en-suite bath, private terrace, pool view.


Guest house
This units is a private detached house with its own yard just 30 m away from the main house. It enjoys a kitchen, a living space with a fireplace and a private garden with citrus and avocado trees. AC and heating are installed in all the bedrooms.
Bedroom 9: 12 m2, queen-size bed, en-suite bath, terrace shared with bedroom 10.
Bedroom 10: 11 m2, queen-size bed, private bathroom, terrace shared with bedroom 11.

This 3-acre estate sits in the area of Casares village, close to the famous Finca Cortesin hotel, just at the beginning of the Sierra Bermeja Natural Park. The park enjoys a big variety of local plants and animals and several hiking routes and, of course, magnificent mountain views.
Estepona and its shops, cafes, restaurants and beaches are around 13 km away yet the road is something winding so it will take you around 23 minutes to get there. Estepona golf lies about 25 minutes´ drive away.
Marbella sits around 40 km, or 44 minutes away. Costa del Sol airport can be reached in about 1 h 10 minutes by car. Gibraltar airport lies within approximately the same distance.

Additional Information

All taxes: All the taxes are included.

Rental fees:

Reasonable water, electricity are included.
Both pools are open year-round and equipped with solar heaters that maintain a comfortable temperature (24-28C) from May to September. The indoor pool is also equipped with an electric heater that can be added from October to April for a fee of 300 EUR per week.

Concierge service

Bedlinen & Towels: One set of bedlinen per bed, bath and pool towels per head is included. Change can be arranged upon request and shall be paid apart (60 EUR per bedroom).

Final Cleaning:

Full changeover service for the main house is 950 EUR, for the main house and the apartment it is 1150 EUR and for the whole estate it is 1350 EUR (full clean of the entire villa - all rooms, common areas, terraces and outdoor areas, linen and towel change, cleaning pools and Jacuzzi and trash removal).


Miscellaneous:

Pool and Jacuzzi are cleaned twice a week. Additional pool/Jacuzzi service is not included (cleaning derbis, vacuum pool and check water chemistry is 100 EUR per service).
Beds can be split into twins for 75 EUR per bed.
A cot or a junior bed can be set up for 100 EUR per bed (up to 3 beds).
Trash removal is NOT included (70 EUR per load of approximately 4 kitchen size bags).

Check in/out policy

Check-in 16:00 - 20:00.
Check-in after 20:00 or for arriving late for the check appointment is 50 EUR.
Check-out before 10:00.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than one (1) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
