Description
This beachfront villa is situated in East Marbella, in the area of Los Monteros. The house is only around 10 minutes´ drive from Marbella Old town and 15 minutes from Puerto Banus. There are several sought-after beach clubs around. The villa boasts a spa area and an indoor pool area with an electric retractable glass roof that permits bathing all year round.

The villa enjoys 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and sleeps 14. Four guest bedrooms are distributed around the traditional Andalusian patio, the master bedroom sits in the "beach" side of the house, while the last bedroom is located in the tower.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you minus bank fees, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
