Both of them are fitted with queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. One of them opens on the garden  and swimming pool. The other one looks over the house entrance. The upper floor has a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a dressing area, an en-suite bathroom and a terrace. The basement level has two further bedrooms with bathrooms that can be used by the guests' staff. There is a living area, a storage room and a laundry area. The villa rental Sotogrande has a living-dining room with a fireplace and an open-plan kitchen. The property enjoys a garage accessible from the basement floor, AC, WIFI, heated floors. Outside, there is a private swimming pool and a a lounge area.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. the Security Deposit will be wired back minus bank fees upon your departure, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 (one) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 (one) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
