This cozy vacation villa rental Marbella benefits from proximity to the beach and five-star onsite facilities being located within a luxury resort. Apart from a private swimming pool (heated), the villa has access to the resort gym, spa with a seawater pool, sauna, beach club, kids´club and a restaurant. The Marbella holiday villa rental has two floors. The ground floor comprises of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living-dining room and a kitchen. One of the bedrooms has twin beds, the other one comes with a king-size bed. Both bathrooms are equipped with bathtubs and showers, WC and bidet. The living-dining room has a sitting area, a dining table for eight. The kitchen is totally equipped and features a hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a dishwasher, a fridge, kitchenware and tableware. The upper floor houses the master bedroom benefiting form a private sitting area and a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. Two single beds can be added for children upon request.

The nearest supermarket can be found in Marbella centre, the resort itself house some of the most upscale and top-notch restaurants of the city. Puerto Banus is just 2 minutes´drive away while Malaga and its airport are within about 45 minutes by car. A trip to Ronda will take you almost one hour despite the fact the town is pretty close due to the winding road. Costa del Sol and Marbella are known for their clean sandy and pebble beaches and outstanding golf courses so the villa will be a great choice both for golfers, families with children and groups of friends.

Daily Cleaning: General daily cleaning of bedrooms and bathrooms is included.

Final Cleaning: Final cleaning is included.

Miscellaneous: Spa treatments and gym trainer services are NOT included and shall be paid apart on the spot.

Check-out before 11:00.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property in low season (Mid September - end of May) you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 40%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance. 
In order to reserve the property in high season (End of May - mid September) you must pay the total rent upon reservation. The Security Deposit shall be guaranteed by a credit card at arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 (one) month before the arrival date in low season: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 (one) month before the arrival date in low season: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
Cancellation more than 2 (two) months before the arrival date in high season: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation 2 months or less than 2 (two) months before the arrival date in high season: 100% of the total rent is non-refundable.
