Situated within a 5 min drive from the beach, this holiday home offers you an absolutely serene vacation. Benefiting form a private pool, a tennis, a big garden and proximity to a golf, the rental will become a great solution both for adults and children. The villa sleeps 10 people. There are five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom enjoys a queen-size bed, a TV and an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath with a shower faucet. Four further bedrooms are fitted with twin beds. The bedrooms share two bathrooms with bathtubs and shower faucets, WC and bidet. The common areas include a living room and a kitchen. The living room enjoys a seating area with a TV, books and a fireplace and a dining area for 12. The kitchen is totally equipped and features a fridge freezer, a toaster, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, an oven, a hob, kitchenware and tableware pieces among others. Outside, the luxury villa in San Sebastian area boasts a covered private swimming pool of 10 x 5 x 2,5 m with a lounge area, a BBQ area, several terraces, parking for six vehicles and a tennis court of 23,7 x 10,9 m. In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 40%. Ten (10) days before arrival shall be paid the balance.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 2 months before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 2 months before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
