Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. The balance shall be paid no later than one (1) week before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non refundable. In case of cancellation less than one month before arrival, 100% of the rent shall be paid. In case of no show or an early departure, 100% of the total rent shall be paid.
