Beach Holiday Villas Mykonos : Situated by the golden sands of the beautifu Agios Sostis beach, this cozy vacation house for rent offers you marvellous views over the turquoise sea and the Northern coast of the island. The villa is distrbuted over two floors and sleeps up to 10 people. Comprised of two buildings, the villa has the main house and the guest house. There are five bedrooms and four bathrooms in total. Two bedrooms are outfitted with queen-size beds, two other bedrooms enjoy double beds and the fifth one has two single beds. Three bathrooms are equipped with bathtubs with shower faucets, the fourth one has a shower. The main house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a lounge hall, a sitting room, a dining room and a kitchen and features a private garden with a swimming pool. The kitchen is totally equipped and enjoys an oven, a hob, a fridge, a toaster, a cooffee maker, a dishwasher, a microwave, kitchenware and tableware pieces. Among the entertainment facilities, there is a TV with international channels, a DVD, a music library and a stereo system. The guest house is home to the last bedroom with a bathroom, a kitchen and sitting room. Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
The reservation deposit is non refundable. In case o cancellation more than 1 moth before arrival, only reservation deposit will be detained. In case of cancellation less than one month before arrival, 100% of the rent will be detained.
