Benefiting from a private pool and all the modern facilities one might need for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, Internet, heating, totally equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, the holiday home will satisfy the most demanding guests. The place caters up to 10 people. There are five bedrooms, all enjoying sea views, and four bathrooms. Four bedrooms are double, the fifth one has two single beds. Two bathrooms are equipped with showers, the other two are fitted with bathtubs with shower faucets. The living room features a sitting area and a dining area and a totally equipped kitchen. One of the bedrooms has an independent entrance and a private kitchen. Discovering Mykonos and the Cyclades has never been easier and more pleasant.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
The reservation deposit is non refundable. In case o cancellation more than 1 moth before arrival, only reservation deposit will be detained. In case of cancellation less than one month before arrival, 100% of the rent will be detained.
