Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 60% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 40%. 14 (fourteen) days before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property. For the high season, 100% of the total rent shall be paid upon confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation more than 30 days before the arrival date, 20% of the rent is not refundable. In case of cancellation 30 - 14 days before arrival, the reservation deposit will be retained. In case of cancellation 14 (fourteen) days before arrival or less, 100% of the total rental will be retained. The high-season bookings are non refundable.
