Luxury Villas Florence : An elegant holiday home located in Vicchio, Florence, in one of the most astonishing areas of the region, will be your perfect holiday letting. Noble and cozy inside and canonical outside, this luxury farmhouse enjoys fantastic views and offers you a calm vacation in the countryside with all the modern amenities. This wonderful and traditional property can accommodate 22 people. The ground floor comprises a large entrance hall, a living room with fireplace, two lounges, a dining room, a kitchen and two bathrooms. If you use stone staircase and access the first floor you will see a living room with fireplace, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, four double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with tub or shower. One more bedroom has a spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine where there are two single beds and a bathroom with shower. The second floor can be reached by stone stairs and cotto tile. There is a living room, a sitting room, and four bedrooms (three doubles and one twin). All are outfitted with en-suite bathrooms with shower. There is an annex that comprises a billiard room, a living room and a dining room with fireplace decorated with many hunting trophies. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a large pool (18m x 8m), a barbecue and outdoor areas to relax and enjoy your holidays.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than two (2) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than two (2) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
