Projected as farmhouse it sleeps up to 13 people. On the ground floor there is a large living room, a games room with access to the garden, a pool table and a dining area with kitchen. You will also find two large double bedroom with private bathroom with tub and handheld shower (both rooms have access to the garden). The first floor features a living room with fireplace, a dining room, a small kitchen (but very practical and equipped), an office area with a desk and a lounge with satellite TV. You will see a double bedroom with private bathroom with tub and handheld shower, another double room with TV room, a single room with private bathroom also and two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom. This beautiful property is equipped with everything you might need during you stay: fax, dryer, washer machine, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, laundry room, etc. The house boasts its own large private garden with swimming pool (8m x 16m), a pergola where you can go to eat outside, a soccer field and an ancient chapel that can be used for religious purposes.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than two (2) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than two (2) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
