This splendid spacious rental house in Tuscany offers you astonishing views over the region with its beautiful fields and hills, forests and mountains. Located within a short distance from Sarteano, the luxury villa is the perfect place for a quiet getaway. There are two floors in the house. The ground floor comprises a cozy living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a totally-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with a bathroom equipped with a shower, a guest toilet, a veranda and another double bedroom with a private bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a separate shower. The latter bedroom has an independent access through the large patio. In the kitchen you will find all the modern amenities: there are two ovens, a microwave, a fridge and a freezer, an ice-maker, a dishwasher and all the cutlery and kitchenware pieces that you might need, among others. The first floor comprises a double bedroom with a living room with an office area and a fireplace, an adjacent bathroom with a large shower, four double bedrooms, all with bathrooms, three of which are equipped with a bathtub and a shower, the fourth one is outfitted with a shower; a two-levelled bedroom with five beds a sofa bed on the lower level and a double bed and two single beds on the upper level. This is a great option for a children´s room or for a couple with children.
