Surrounded by charming medieval Catalan villages, within a short drive from the beach, this exclusive holiday home in Costa Brava offers you a stay of a lifetime. Distributed over 800 m2, the Costa Brava luxury villa rental by Peratallada comprises five full-sized bedrooms, five bathrooms, a guest wc, a kitchen with a breakfast area, a library, a living room and a dining room. There is a more basic bedroom with a double ned and a bathroom on the ground floor. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, two further ones have two single beds each and the fifth one enjoys two bunk beds. All the bedrooms come with bathrooms fitted with toiletries. The entertainment facilities include a satellite TV, WIFI, WII, DVD and HIFI. The kitchen enjoys all the modern amenities one might need for a comfortable vacation. There is a dishwasher, a hob, a fridge freezer, a microwave, a toaster, kitchenware and tableware. The house has AC and ventilators, it is wheelchair accessible. Outside, the house boasts manicured gardens and several relaxation areas including a BBQ, a pool of 11 x 7 m with loungers and a table tennis. The house has stables.

We are in a charming Costa Brava province called Girona. Forget about your work, forget about the everyday routine, dip into your dreams. Be closer to art – travel to the fishing village of Cadaques, the shelter of Salvador Dali, Pablo Picasso and Federico Garcia Lorca. Feel the mystery and go to the ancient Besalu, and have a look at its famous Roman bridge. Touch the medieval architecture of Peratallada and breathe the scent of herbs in the air during its Herb Festival. Go to Palafrugell and explore its narrow streets that have been fortified long ago. Visit the St. Martí's church built in the 11th century. Go to Llafranc, loved so much by Salvador Dali And Ernest Hemingway, and have a nice stroll along the sea. Visit one of the various museums and galleries. Go to the stunning secluded rocky coasts near Tamariu and Begur. Get into the crystal clear water, considered the purest of the region. Enjoy the marvellous views of the enormous vertical cliffs getting down into the sea and covered with pine trees. Don´t forget about the impressive Costa Brava monastery Sant Pere de Rodes, located in El Port de la Selva. Move on to L´Escala and visit its port full of small ships. Pass by Ampurias ruins. Be a sportsman and play golf and table-tennis, do snorkelling or deep sea fishing. Go horse riding or diving. Become a sommelier for some time and taste delicious wine, indulge yourself and go for gourmet food and do a lot of other things that you have always wanted but couldn´t find the time.

Daily Cleaning: Daily cleaning of 4 hours Monday to Saturday is included.
All taxes: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 0,9 - 1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.
Rental fees: Gas, water, electricity and Internet are included.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you, should no damages occur to the property and its contents, within 10 working days after your departure.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
