Holiday Apartments Sitges: This newly renovated lighty townhouse is a perfect option for a family or group-of-friends´stay. Being next to Avenida Sofia, one of the most glamourous streets of the city, the townhouse is situated in 150 m from the beach. Covering 140 sq.m this luxury two-storey space has four bedrooms and three complete bathrooms. Three bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while one bedroom is furnished with two single beds. All the bathrooms are equipped with showers. You will also find hair-dryers there. There is a spacious living-room with a TV area (LED TV with satellite channels, in English and Spanish), CD/DVD player and ample seating for eight people with a direct access to the outside dining area. The house comprises a totally-equipped kitchen with a freezer, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, grill, hob, microwave, oven, blender, kettle and many other useful utensils. The luxury townhouse has AC and heating system and wifi. There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Upon request, you can get a baby cot and a high chair. There is a furnished roof terrace where you can take sun and enjoy warm Mediterranean evenings.

The townhouse is located in Sitges. Sitges is one of Europe's most famous seaside villages. Additional Information
All taxes: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 0,75-1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.

Check-in after 15:00.Check-out before 10:00.Check-in after 21:00 will be charged a 25 EUR supplement.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 40% in advance (10% shall be paid via a cc, and 30% more shall be transferred by bank). One (1) month before arrival you will have to pay the balance of the rent by a bank transfer together with the security deposit of 700 EUR. The security deposit will be returned to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation the reservation deposit is non-refundable and the total of the rent shall be paid. Exceptions can be made, but purely at Owner´s discretion.
