In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 15% of the total payment. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent either in cash or by credit card.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit (15%) is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 7 days or more before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit, the 50% of the total price shall be paid. In case of cancellation, modification or no-show in less than 7 days 100% of the reservation will be charged.
