This superb trullo is ideal for the most discerning customers. Marriage of traditional materials and architecture of the area and modern furnishings, it is surrounded by Mediterranean gardens. The house enjoys perimeter alarm system. It is set in a 6 ha park shared with other trullos. It houses a paddle court, a kitchen garden, a fitness area, a yoga and massage pavilion, an outdoor cinema and children play area.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The property enjoys the main house and 3 annexes. In total, the trullo features 6 bedrooms and sleeps 12. The main house comprises 3 bedrooms, each of them comes with walk-in wardrobes, TV and private bathroom. All the bathrooms have showers, the master bathroom also has a tub. One of the bedrooms has an external access.
Three more bedrooms are located in 3 outdoor annexes. Two of them are adjacent small trullinis located on the right of the main house. Both have double beds and private bathrooms with showers. The third bedroom is situated in an annex on the basement floor by the pool. It features a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower.
Living area
The common areas include a living room, a smart TV, a sitting area and a dining table. There is a spacious kitchen. It features an oven, a fridge freezer, ice maker, induction hob, dishwasher and coffee maker.
Outdoors
There is a heated swimming pool with salt water, a piped music system throughout the sunbathing area. There are 2 gazebos. One of them, a circular one, houses an outdoor dining area. It seats up to 17 people and has an oven, BBQ and a sink.
The second gazebo features a chill-out area with stone seats covered with cushions. There is a toilet.
