This cozy villa rental Costa Brava is a traditional yet restored farmhouse. It sits in a small village with a couple of cafes within a short drive from Llafranc and Calella de Palafrugell. The house benefits from a private swimming pool and elegant outdoor areas. Totally rehabilitated in 2020, it is a great option for a family or a group of friends vacation.
Ground floor
This level houses a small entrance, a dining area and a kitchen. The dining table seats 10. The kitchen is totally equipped and enjoys a fridge freezer, an oven, a hob, a dishwasher, utensils, cutlery and tableware. There is breakfast table. Accessible through the kitchen, there is a double
bedroom with a bed of 140 x 200 cm with a private bathroom with a shower. Off the dining room, you will find another bedroom. it features two single beds of 90 x 200 cm each and enjoys a bathroom with a shower. This bathroom can also be used as a guest bathroom.
Further on, the level houses a living room with two sofas, a fireplace and a TV. The room opens on an interior BBQ area. In its turn, It opens on the al-fresco dining.
First floor
Upstairs, you will find 3 more bedrooms. Two of them are en-suite. One enjoys a king-size bed of 180 x 200 cm; its bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. The other en-suite bedroom comes with twin beds of 90 x 200 cm each, its bathroom enjoys a shower. The 3d bedroom sits in the middle of the hall. It features a queen-size bed of 160 x 200 cm. There is a bathroom with a shower right in front of it. All 3 bedrooms feature AC. Please, note this is an attic floor.
Outdoors
The Costa Brava luxury villa enjoys a private swimming pool of 9 x 4,5 x 0,6 - 1,8 m with a bathing area with loungers and a shaded area. There is a cacti garden and a shaded al-fresco dining area sitting 10.

This charming country house sits in a small village in Catalonia. It enjoys easy access to a couple of cafes and restaurants and a supermarket. Palafrugell town sitting only 5 minutes´ drive away is home to further supermarkets including one with organic foods, along with many eating out facilities and other shops.
The wonderful Calella de Palafrugell and Llafranc and their beaches are 9 minutes´ drive away, respectively. These villages are known for lovely seaside promenades and cozy restaurants and cafes.
Barcelona and its airport are one hour and a half´ drive away. Costa Brava airport can be reached in around 35 minutes by car.

Additional Information
All taxes: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.
Rental fees: Water, electricity and Internet are included.
Concierge service
Final Cleaning: A final cleaning for stays of one week and over is included. A final cleaning for shorter stays shall be paid, 100 EUR.
Miscellaneous: AC is featured only in the first-floor bedrooms.
Check in/out policy
Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 10:00.
Changeover day is Friday.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
